Relax deeply in this 75-minute yin yoga class designed to restore the body and mind while activating the flow of chi in your body. Yin yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Poses are held longer to encourage relaxation and reduce stress. 

All Levels Welcome - Great for Beginners.
