Restore: Things are fast paced, overwhelming, and sometimes challenging in the world, therefore rest and recovery are essential. During this two hour class Michelle and Tess will invite you to settle down and to reconnect with your body, heart, and spirit. We will begin the class by moving you through a meditation to center and breath work to calm the nervous system. Then we will lead you through a restorative practice where we will offer the use of props to support you and to cultivate ease. We will end class with a yoga nidra allowing for deep relaxation. Come with an open heart and be ready for a transformative practice. All Levels Welcome.
