Living Yoga Classes Open to the Public
The following classes are taught by trained Living Yoga volunteers. You can expect a gentle, trauma-informed, recovery-sensitive, and mindfulness based yoga practice. Intended for all levels, these classes are slow building and include balancing and core strengthening.
Sundays and Tuesdays, 2:00-3:00PM
Recovery Yoga at The Alano Club of Portland (909 NW 24th Ave). Living Yoga Recovery Yoga Taught by Living Yoga volunteers, these classes are specifically for individuals impacted by addiction and recovery.
