About the Instructor: Susana Laborde-Blaj is a native Spanish speaker and has been teaching Yoga classes and workshops in Mexico and in the United States since 1996. She leads yoga retreats in Central Mexico, is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, & is accredited as a Certified Yoga Therapist by the International Association of Yoga Therapy (IAYT).
