Lily-Rygh Glen is a body-positive certified personal trainer and yoga instructor who started her volunteer work with Living Yoga in 2016. She is committed to the principles of Health at Every Size (TM) and weight-neutrality. She self-identifies as a larger bodied person and specializes in working with clients who are fat, trans, chronically out of shape, and/or who have psychological barriers to fitness and wellness. She also loves Prince, kitties, true crime podcasts, and pickles.
This course will be held at the Living Yoga office, 5100 SW Macadam Ave, Suite 360, Portland, OR 97239
This workshop is open to the public.
Pre-registration is required. There will be a $15 registration fee for Living Yoga volunteers. Cost is $45 for non-volunteers, and $30 for partner site/studio members.
