The Alano Club of Portland 909 NW 24th Ave. Living Yoga Recovery Yoga - Sundays 2:00-3:00pm Taught by Living Yoga volunteers, this class is specifically for individuals impacted by addiction and recovery. Donations are requested to cover the space, but no one is turned away. *Class limited to 20 people, first come, first served.
The People's Yoga 5428 NE 30th Avenue. Living Yoga Community Class - 7:30-8:30pm Sundays Taught by Living Yoga volunteers, this class is free and all are welcome. Donations are requested to cover the studio space, but no one is turned away. All other classes at The People's Yoga Studios cost $12 ($10 senior, student and military), and scholarships are available at both their NE Killingsworth and SE Belmont locations.

Unfold Studios 3249 SE Division Living Yoga Community Class - Saturdays 8:00-9:00am Taught by Living Yoga volunteers. Donations are requested to cover the studio space, but no one is turned away. This is a free, all-levels, gentle hatha class that is trauma-informed, recovery-sensitive, and mindfulness-based.
