At Living Yoga, we believe in every person’s capacity to change. We place over 100 volunteers and provide over 1,000 classes a year to individuals who are incarcerated, in treatment or in shelter. We believe that our own lives - and community - benefit from offering to those in need the tools to support personal evolution. We believe that service is our responsibility.


Thank you for helping men in great need to find something so powerful in such a simple package. We follow your teachers as they reveal to us the reality of the grace inside and outside us. It is the most beautiful thing to watch people light up.
